About Kelley

As a child Kelley enjoyed spending hours organizing the cans in her family’s kitchen pantry and sorting her mother’s button collection. The seemingly infinite combinations provided hours of creative exploration and quite possibly furthered her talent for organized and analytical thinking which she believes is a key differentiator as a professional coach.

Whether coaching an individual or a team, she is consistently tracking and analyzing the numerous factors that can advance or stall her client’s progress, asking tough questions that inevitably lead to more effective and efficient next steps to achieve their goals. Her clients learn to better navigate and negotiate competing values, beliefs, goals and priorities in an attempt to choose the best course of action. Kelley’s analytic, action-oriented approach to coaching allows her clients to make sustainable gains that advance their agendas.

"Kelley is very practical, thorough, organized, mindful, thoughtful, and encouraging. I love Kelley’s approach in using researched-backed coaching tools and positive psychology."
